We only provide the options of those prospective tenants who meet the owner’s tenant selection guidelines. Further, only verified prospects’ profiles are provided to the owner. Our stringent tenant screening process includes identity verification, income verification, along with recommendation from previous landlords.

Reniso ensures the safety and maintenance of the property, and undertakes period inspections of the property. Using best-in-class software, we also generate reports and provide updates to the home owner about the condition of the property on a regular basis.

Reniso can get the owner in touch with reliable legal services to take up the case in court/ out-of court settlement.

A lease fulfills the tenant’s requirement of accommodation and provides the property owner monetary returns on his investment. As it is in both parties’ interest in continuing the lease agreement to its full term, as a facilitator, Reniso endeavours to resolve all issues that may come up during its course. Through Reniso’s well-defined processes, issues are captured and catalogued at an early stage and possible resolutions are explored. In most cases acceptable solutions are found and the lease continues till completion, however, in a few cases lease termination is required.

The process begins by the terminating party serving a written notice to the other party in a pre-decided format, stating clearly the reason for termination and providing adequate time for the other party to respond.

Reniso acts as a facilitator in the process, stepping in to perform an inspection of the property to ascertain the condition of the property, arrive at repairs estimates and allocating responsibilities to owner/tenant on the basis of conditions stipulated in the tenancy agreement.

Any legal requirements/assistance is provided by Reniso’s empanelled legal counsel to ensure that there is minimum friction.

The market norm for security deposit is based on the following parameters:

  • Safety of property
  • Maintenance of property
  • Rental defaults

Reniso takes complete ownership of these aspects, and therefore Reniso takes a month’s rent as security deposit (from tenant security deposit).
